Processing times

Orders placed before 14:00 Central Time on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

US delivery

• Standard tracked (3–5 working days) — $4.95, free over $95.
• Express tracked (2–3 working days) — $7.95.
• Next-day delivery is available on orders placed before 14:00 Central Time.

International delivery

We ship to most countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Typical transit is 7–14 working days once dispatched, subject to local customs processing.

Duties, taxes and customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price paid at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking your order

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves us. If tracking has not updated within three working days of dispatch, please contact hello@beautycarellc.store and we will investigate with the carrier.

Delivery issues

If a parcel is marked delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and your building's reception first, then notify us within seven days so a claim can be raised. Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses supplied at checkout may result in additional carriage costs.

Temperature-sensitive items

Certain actives are sensitive to heat and light. In warm conditions we use insulated packaging where necessary. If a product arrives visibly affected by heat, contact us within 48 hours with photographs.
